Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Items in-stock will ship within 7-10 Business Days of your order. Pre-order items are marked with their delivery window on their product page. In-stock items purchased with a pre-order item will ship together.

​HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you can click the link found in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to be updated.
PRE-ORDER

What are Pre-orders?
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our Website. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE, HAVE TO WAIT AROUND 6 TO 12 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:

1. Pre orders require payment to be made at checkout. 

2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other items. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.

3.  We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in 6 weeks. We will ship orders the moment they are available.

4.Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 12 weeks due to several factors (eg: customs)

5. Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 

6. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.

7. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions

8. Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our customers.

9. Once the products have landed and received by our team. You will then be informed via email and our social media platforms. We will immediately have all your orders packed in the next 24 Hours and schedule it for shipment. In the case of lost items during shipment we shall refund in full the amount that you have paid and shall offer a discount on your next possible purchase from us.

MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTED. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you believe your item is defected, please email us at info@fairwaygolfgroup.com with photos and explaining the defect within 72 hours. We will deem the product defect at our discretion. If the product has been misused or care instructions have not been followed then product will not be eligible to
claim as defected.

Fairway Golf Group cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, customs, etc.
